Limit Reservable Bandwidth pada Windows XP korang

I have never used a Windows XP machine in a dial-up setup as of yet though. Check on Enabled reservable bandwidth, then set it to “0″. dan sekarang korang da pun siap. So, ape lagi....RESTART LAAAA!!!!....gudluck=D
